Information you provide
If you submit a project enquiry or newsletter request, we may receive the name, contact detail and message you choose to provide. Do not send payment details, passwords or confidential project records through a public form.
Technical information
The hosting provider may process standard security and delivery logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access. Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after a visitor gives consent. Advertising storage and personalised advertising remain disabled.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, operate the website, prevent abuse and improve published content. If you opt in to the newsletter, your email is used only to send World Arch Journal updates after you confirm it. It is not sold.
Newsletter storage and delivery
When newsletter registration is active, Cloudflare stores the email and confirmation status, while Resend delivers confirmation and journal emails on our behalf. Unconfirmed requests expire after 24 hours. Confirmed subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Third-party services
The website may use Cloudflare hosting, Resend for opted-in newsletter delivery, consent-based Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and embedded media. Future payment, affiliate or advertising services will be disclosed before activation.
Your choices
You may decline optional analytics or reopen Privacy choices at any time. Every journal email includes an unsubscribe link. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information using the contact details on this site, subject to applicable law.
